1. About the service

orivet is a private multi-tool web service operated by an individual (contact details in section 7). It is not a commercial public product — only people the owner has personally invited can sign in.

2. What data we collect

During sign-up and use of the service we store:

  • your email address (required — for sign-in and password recovery);
  • the name you entered at sign-up or received from Google (optional);
  • your Google profile avatar URL (if you signed in with Google);
  • a password hash (if you signed up with a password — we never store or see the password itself);
  • registration time and the history of app access grants;
  • data you upload into individual apps (files, text and so on).

We don't collect analytics, advertising cookies, or IP logs beyond the standard web-server logs (which are rotated away within 30 days).

3. Why we collect it
  • Authentication and access control.
  • Transactional email: password reset, email-change confirmation.
  • Delivering the functionality of each app (processing the data you upload).
4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising. Data is processed by the sub-processors required to run the service:

  • Google LLC — when you sign in via Google OAuth;
  • Resend, Inc. — for transactional email delivery;
  • Selectel — server and file storage hosting;
  • GitHub, Inc. — source code hosting.
5. Retention

Account data is kept while the account is active. After account deletion all associated data is removed (except backup snapshots, which rotate out within 12 months).

6. Your rights
  • Request a copy of your data.
  • Correct or delete your data.
  • Withdraw consent (including revoking the Google permission via the Google permissions page).

To exercise these rights, email the address in section 7 — we reply within 14 days.
